  • We partner with select AI companies to review the client’s goals and assess the business needs. After the assessment, we recommend proven AI solutions with measurable KPIs.

  • The Customer Experience (CX) Assessment involves reviewing the client’s customer experience processes, verbatims, surveys, social media posts/ reviews, customer and employee observations, and interviews. We use this information to identify customer pain points, provide recommendations, and create an action plan.

  • The operational review involves, interviewing employees, examining the effectiveness and efficiency of the client’s sales/fixed operations processes, and analyzing order taking, reservation processes, customer greetings, follow-up, the client website, the cleanliness of the facility, etc. Once the evaluation is complete, we then work with the client’s management team to develop and implement an action plan.

  • The profitability analysis involves reviewing departmental expenses, processes, inventory, sales volume, fixed operations traffic and proficiency, etc. We provide recommendations to address the gaps and work with the client’s management team to implement an action plan.

  • Training and coaching are two essential components of employee development, and they often complement each other to create a well-rounded approach to improving employee and team performance. We work closely with the client to ensure training and coaching are relevant, consistent, and match the employee and client’s goals; reduce employee turnover; improve company morale; reduce employee stress; and improve the bottom line.
