Our founder, Fred Davis, has over 30 years of corporate automotive wholesale and retail experience, with a focus on business operations, processes, profitability, and customer experience.

Fred’s 30+ years in the automotive industry were at Stellantis (formerly FCA/Chrysler Automotive). Most recently, Fred was the Global Project Manager for the Stellantis Operating Standards (SOS) program. In addition, he held various field manager positions and operated corporate-owned dealerships across the US. Fred has worked with countless automotive dealerships and various business owners to improve their operations and processes. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Norfolk State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Detroit Mercy.
